WHAT THE ILC IS ABOUT
Let's keep things open and real. The International Love Corporation is a musical project started by Simon Eugene that has become a film project and is also a journey through life BUT in it's simplest form is is just music and this is what's here on this page.
Currently what you see to the right is a clip from a recent gig from the Berlin manifestation of the ILC. The band also exists in other forms here and in London. It is acoustic, it is electric, it is heavy, it is light. And in one way or another it is about.....Love.
I wonder what the word means to you. Love. The ILC is a journey because Simon also wondered what the word meant and that led to other places. So you can see the film 'Love and the Art of Giving' which is deep, or just listen to some songs and forget about the rest.
The current ILC line up is Simon Eugene, Babak Akhoundi, Elisabeth King and Hannes Heufken. But other members float in and out. This year is to see an experiment in mass record releasing. With so many songs written for the project, Simon has decided to record as much as possible and fling it all out into ether just to see what happens. So we start with the album already finished and we see what happens next.
